Options for completing the COVID-19 test requirement:

Students and Staff who missed their weekly COVID-testing: For PCR testing, the nearest LAUSD COVID-19 testing site to Grant HS is Monlux Elementary School, open from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Information about additional testing sites can also be found on the Los Angeles Unified website at achieve.lausd.net/covidtestingappt.
- Symptomatic Individuals: For students and staff members who are symptomatic, our closest drive-through testing site is Pacoima MS. If you are unable to schedule an appointment through the Daily Pass, you may simply show up during their hours of operation (see attached flyer). Alternately, please visit achieve.lausd.net/covid for a map of symptomatic testing locations.

Families may upload external PCR or antigen tests, including one of the provided at-home tests, and upload them onto the student’s Daily Pass.
- Students and Staff who have tested positive: If you are seeking a shortened isolation period, you may be eligible for an early return. This requires a negative rapid test be uploaded--you can pick one up from Maclay Wellness Center or Columbus Elementary School.
